Cancellations or alterations are not accepted once the order is confirmed
A minimum of 48 hours advance order is required
Please select the pickup date and time on the remark section
Cut Cakes are available for pickup 48 hours after the order has been processed
Pickup timeslot: 11 am to 8 pm daily (recommended to serve the cakes within 3 hours after pickup)
No refund will be given and the order will be forfeited for no show after 3 hours of the selected pickup time
Ordered cakes are for takeaway only
In case of any dispute, Harbour Grand Kowloon reserves the right of final decision
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail
