  • 2 days advance notice is required for pick up
  • Only words or numbers can be written on the chocolate tag, additional charge will apply for any graphic request
  • No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured upon order confirmation
  • Expired redemption letter will not be accepted. The redemption letter cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, goods and services
  • Please present the printed redemption letter upon redemption
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other dining vouchers, special discounts or promotional offers

  • Please enter your MoneyBack App membership number in the "Member No." when you check out.
  • The purchase must be made via hotel eShop
  • MoneyBack App membership number is required to enter while booking is made
  • MoneyBack members to show App upon check out to earn point
  • MoneyBack points will be credited to the MoneyBack member's account within 2 months of completing the payment
  • Membership number on the App must be the same membership number provided at time of booking
