- eVoucher is not valid on blackout dates: New Year’s Day, 1st to 3rd day of Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Easter Holidays, Mother’s day, Father’s day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Christmas Day and Eve, New Year’s Eve
- eVoucher is not applicable to banqueting, private dining and takeaway items
- eVoucher is valid for 12 months. Unused eVoucher will not be extended or replaced once expired
- eVoucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, other products or services
- eVoucher is valid for a single transaction only and the total value of a eVoucher will be deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited
