Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations or alterations are not accepted once the order is confirmed
- A minimum of 48 hours advance order is required, Cakes are available for pickup 48 hours after the order has been processed
- Please select the pickup date and time on the remark section
- Pickup timeslot: 11 am to 8 pm daily (recommended to serve the cake within 3 hours after pickup)
- No refund will be given and the order will be forfeited for no show after 3 hours of the selected pickup time
- Ordered cakes are for takeaway only
- In case of any dispute, Harbour Grand Kowloon reserves the right of final decision
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail
