• Redemption time: 12:00 nn - 10:00 pm

• 2 days advance notice is required for pick up
• Only words or numbers can be written on the chocolate tag, additional charge will apply for any graphic request
• No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured upon order confirmation
• Expired redemption letter will not be accepted. The redemption letter cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, goods and services
• Please present the printed redemption letter upon redemption
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other dining vouchers, special discounts or promotional offers

• Harbour Grand Hong Kong reserves the right to have the final decision on the entitlements concerning the use of the offer
