  • Please select the pickup date and time on the remark section
  • Cakes are available for pickup 72 hours after the order has been processed
  • Pickup timeslot: 11 am to 8 pm daily (recommended to serve the cake within 3 hours after pickup)
  • No refund will be given and the order will be forfeited for no show after 3 hours of the selected pickup time
  • Ordered cakes are for takeaway only
  • In case of any dispute, Harbour Grand Kowloon reserves the right of final decision
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail
