How to find items

Search
Just enter what you are looking for in the search box on the top right and click “Search,” and a full list of matching products will be displayed.

Shop by Category
On the top navigation of our eshop, you will also see all product categories being listed out. Just click on your preferred category and view product details conveniently.

How Do I Place an Order?

  1. Find the items you want. You can do this by using the categories on the top or the search box on the top.
  2. Select the quantity you want and add the items to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart” on the product’s page.
  3. You should now be in the shopping cart. If you are not, you can just click on the shopping cart link at the top of the page to go there at any time.
  4. In the shopping cart, chose the quantity you want of each product and then hit the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  5. Fill in all the fields. If you have updated product quantity or coupon codes, remember to click “Update Cart” to refresh transaction details.
  6. You should now be at the Checkout page. Verify that everything is correct (you can go back by clicking “Back” button). Enter your credit card information, verify and click to confirm your order.
  7. If your credit card went through, you should now be at the ”Acceptance of Order” page, and an email confirmation / redemption letter will be sent to your registered email within 15 minutes. Thank you for your order! If you had an error with your credit card or billing information, you will be sent to a “Order Rejected” page.  Please verify your billing information is correct, and resubmit the order again.

Product Redemption (transferable)

  1. Upon completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email (with redemption letter attached) through your registered email address. Please print out the redemption letter and present it upon redeeming the product in the Hotel.
  2. Redemption letters are transferable. Please ensure that your redemption letters are being kept carefully.
  3. A unique confirmation code is assigned for each redemption letter. Each letter can be redeemed once only and will be forfeited thereafter.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All confirmed transactions are not subject to refund, cancellation or amendment. If you have any queries on product quality and our services, please feel free to email us at eshop.hghk@harbourgrand.com

Use of Coupons

  1. You can input coupon codes to enjoy your coupon discounts.
  2. Each coupon code can be used once only for each transaction
  3. Specific terms and conditions applied to individual codes. Please check on production information page for details.
  4. Coupon discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or any membership privileges.
  5. Coupon discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
  6. Hotels reserve the final right to vary, terminate, or amend coupon terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
